Gomez Firm Handling Border Patrol Rollover Case

The Gomez firm is representing the family of Senior Border Patrol Agent David Webb, who was killed in a rollover accident in 2006.  Our firm, along with our co-counsel, recently filed suit against General Motors Corp. and Continental Tire North America in Pima County (Tucson, Arizona) Superior Court.

Senior Border Patrol Agent David Webb was on duty near Why, Arizona on Nov. 3, 2006. He was driving his Border Patrol vehicle, a 1997 Chevrolet Tahoe, when the tread separated from his right rear tire. The tire failure caused Agent Webb’s vehicle to veer out of control. While Agent Webb attempted to regain control of the vehicle, it slid sideways and rolled over. During the rollover, the Tahoe’s roof collapsed upon Agent Webb, causing massive, fatal head injuries.

If you have been injured in a vehicle rollover accident, please contact our firm and let us know how we can help you. All consultations are free and there is never a fee unless your case is won.
