Car Seat Recall
Graco is recalling nearly 44,000 Comfortsport convertible car seats because the large body pillow on the seat partially obscures a warning label on the seat pad, according to the National Highway Traffic Safety Adminstration (NHTSA).
The obstruction of the warning label violates federal standards. If the car seat is installed improperly in a vehicle, a child could be seriously injured in a crash. The body pillow is provided for extra comfort only and should be removed.
The affected seats were manufactured from November 1, 2006 through October 8, 2007.
If your child has been injured in a car accident, call or write an experienced personal injury attorney at The Gomez Law Firm today.
