Land Rover Recall

by on December 9, 2008

Land Rover is recalling more than 19,000 vehicles because of a defect that could increase the risk of a crash, according to the National Highway Transportation Safety Adminstration.

The 2003-2005 model year vehicles could have misaligned front differential coupling sleeves and propeller shafts.  This misalignment could result in spline wear over time.  The wear results in noise and vibration and, ultimately, loss of drive.

At the Gomez Law Firm, we have extensive experience representing the victims of auto defects, including roof crush, tire defects and rollovers.  If you or someone you love has been the victim of any defective product, call or write a personal injury attorney  at the Gomez Law Firm today.
