Mazda 6 Recall

by on February 16, 2009

Mazda is recalling 29,000 of its 2009 Mazda 6 vehicles because the doors may open while the vehicle is moving, according to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA).

The outer door handles on the vehicles may stick and prevent the doors from properly latching.  Occupants could be thrown from the vehicle if they are not wearing seatbelts, NHTSA said.
