“The vehicle was fully engulfed,” CHP Officer Jaci Parent said of the 11:33 p.m. wreck Wednesday along the eastbound lanes of I-10 beneath I-215. The Hyundai Accent landed on its roof along the right shoulder, clear of traffic lanes.

The victim’s name has not been released. And the cause of the single-vehicle accident wasn’t immediately determined.”
