November 2, 2009 – A 43-year-old woman was suffered numerous leg and facial fractures shortly before midnight Saturday when she walked into the path of a of a vehicle traveling west on Ocean View Boulevard in the Lincoln Park neighborhood, police said.
The driver fled in what was described as a black Nissan Altima with tinted rear windows. Part of the left side mirror is missing.
