January 20, 2010 – A man suffered head injuries early Wednesday after being hit by a car in City Heights. The accident was reported just before 5:45 a.m. on El Cajon Boulevard near 50th Street, San Diego Police said.
The man was struck by a driver in a 1992 Chrysler who stopped, police said.
El Cajon Boulevard is shut down until further notice between Winona Avenue and 50th Street.
