February 23, 2010 – Shortly before 8:00 this morning, a GMC SUV crashed and overturned on southbound I-5 at B street.

Emergency personnel worked to free the driver from the wreckage, but the accident has been listed as a fatal crash.

All southbound lanes of I-5 are closed, affecting traffic in both directions.  Southbound traffic is being diverted to the 94.
