A driver struck a woman and a baby in a stroller in Torrey Highlands Friday The crash was reported at 11:45 a.m. Friday at the intersection of Camino del Sur and Via Verrazzano. The unconscious woman was transported to Scripps Memorial Hospital in La Jolla. The baby was not breathing when transferred to Rady Children’s Hospital. Additional information is not yet available.
