On Saturday Morning, June, 1, 2013, one individual sustained serious but non-life threatening injuries as the result of a multi-car accident. The accident happened on the 5 south in Oceanside. A CHP officer reported that the cause of the accident was an AmeriCare ambulance, the driver was going about 60 mph and did not notice that the traffic ahead was coming to a stop.
