A13-year-old skateboarder was seriously injured Sunday night when he was struck by an SUV as he crossed an intersection against the light, authorities said.   The boy, who was wearing dark clothing, was riding east on Encinitas Boulevard, at El Camino Real, around 11:06 p.m. when he was hit, said sheriff’s Sgt.
