Laura Sasaki - Trial Attorney

Laura Sasaki brings the insight and perspective of defending personal injury cases to representing plaintiffs. She was a partner at an insurance and corporate defense firm in Orange County before moving to San Diego. She defended cases involving slip and fall injuries, motor vehicle collisions, construction site accidents, toxic tort liability, wrongful death, sexual harassment, insurance bad faith and broker liability, and real estate broker claims.

After spending years on the defense, Laura is extremely grateful for the opportunity to now help those who have been injured and wronged. She strives for excellence, fighting for the rights of her clients.

Laura earned her Juris Doctorate from Western State University College of Law in Irvine, California. She knew she wanted to be a trial attorney after working as a law clerk in the Orange County District Attorney’s Office. She has handled numerous trials, arbitrations and mediations.

Laura enjoys running, cycling, triathlons, and spending time with her husband, family, friends and dog. She has competed in over 20 marathons, 3 Ironman triathlons, and road and criterium races.
